		<description><![CDATA[The legendary Lollapalooza Music Festival returns to Chicago&#8217;s Grant Park on the weekend of August 7-9. I thought I&#8217;d do a quick listing of who I think will be among this year&#8217;s highlights. After seeing a lineup like this, there&#8217;s no reason why Lollapalooza can&#8217;t be considered the best festival of the year.
